Friday night at 22:00 (+2 GMT) is Life Recorder’s January show Life Notes with guest Johannes Volk whose latest release The Lost Signals is out this week. Johannes Volk, known for his releases on Axis, Sistrum or his own label Exploration, produces timeless pieces of electronic dance music.

At the age of 14 he came in contact with Detroit Techno, from this time he began to explore the roots and history of dance music. At heart a vinyl collector, his dj sets combine an open minded sound between deep & soulful techno, jacking chicago house and funky dance music.
