Both Alex Dijksterhuis (Jamez) and Patrick Noppert (SoulBoy) have the same idea about music and that is why they work so well together. The producers from the Netherlands met eachother in a club and since that day the duo is on fire!
Jamez already had a very good career in house music in the early and late nineties. His projects Trancesetters, 51 days and Tatoine were bestsellers and most of the Touché Records tracks have attend on major dj/record label compilations. As a dj Jamez played all over the world at the biggest clubs and parties next to the biggest dj’s in the scene. Ask some of the hottest names right now about Jamez and Touché Records and their eyes start to twinkle...
For SoulBoy this also is a new step in his career. Playing trance for several years under his first name Peddo he provided a great remix for Dj Astrid in the year 2000. The remix was played several times by Judge Jules in his populair BBC 1 radio show. Because of this airplay SoulBoy was asked to come and play at different countries like Israel, Spain, United States and Norway to name a few. When the love for trance disappeared the love for a deeper more soulful style appeared. In combination with the sound of Jamez they call it techsoul but its better described as tech(no)house/progressive. A more international sound with a good vibe.

Production wise the both are really on a roll.
Their track Surface Tension was played the whole summer by techno legend Kevin Saunderson which made it a small hit on Ibiza with the Techno lovers
Their remix for Johnny Deekay’s – Vibrationz got the attention of the almighty Scumfrog. He loved the track so much that he played it in all his gigs and a few times at his populair radio show Glamscum.
For the future their track Sexy Lady will be released on Omnis Recordings (april 2010) and gets a remix treatment from Alex Kenji. The remix for Neverending Recordings (Citizen Kain & Phuture Traxx – Libido ) already has massive support and will be released in februari 2010. Also remixes for Made2Dance Records, Omnis Recordings, ADS Records and Bomba Records are being released this year.
Also watch out for the EP being released on Tracer Records which contains some interesting and surprising deep stuff.
